About Us

Becoming A Christian

We follow the instruction of the New Testament in becoming a Christian. Those of the first century heard (Romans 10:17 & John 8:32) the gospel of Christ, believed (Hebrews 11:6, Mark 16:16, & Acts 8:37) in Jesus as the Son of God, repented (Acts 2:38, Acts 17:30-31, & 2 Peter 3:9) from their sins,  confessed (Matthew 10:32-33, Romans 10:9-10, & Acts 8:37) their faith in Christ and were baptized (1 Peter 3:21, Acts 22:16, Mark 16:16, Galatians 3:27, & Romans 6:3-5) for the remission of their sins. The blood of Christ was contacted in baptism and the Saviour’s blood washed away our sins.
